Karolina Havlickova

Karolina Havlickova has studied social anthropology for three years at the Comenius University in Bratislava. The topic of her Bachelor thesis was "We remember...as long as we see?" The study was concerned with death, family memory, and visual representation using basic methods of social anthropology and some advanced methods of visual anthropology. Having received a degree in social anthropology, Karolina Havlickova applied for the MEi:CogSci program of the University of Vienna, where she is currently in her first year. Her fields of interest are cognitive anthropology and social phenomena that can be studied from cognitive science point of view.
